Terms & Conditions

Last updated: 3 September 2026

These terms govern your use of the AdNest website (adnest.io and adex.medianestltd.com) and the AdNest publisher and admin portals (together, the "Service"). AdNest is a product and trading name of Medianest Ltd (Company No. 16400677), registered at Suite A, 82 James Carter Road, Mildenhall, IP28 7DE, United Kingdom ("Medianest", "we", "us").

1. Use of the website

You may browse the website for information about our services. You must not attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of the Service, interfere with its operation, or use it for any unlawful purpose.

2. Portal access

Portal credentials are issued by Medianest to active partners only. You are responsible for keeping your credentials confidential and for all activity under your account. Tell us immediately at business@adnest.io if you believe your credentials have been compromised.

3. Reporting figures

Figures shown in the portal for the current month are provisional and may be adjusted for invalid traffic, policy actions or demand-partner corrections. Final amounts are those stated in the monthly statement. The commercial terms, revenue share, payment schedule and thresholds that apply to a partner are set out in that partner's signed agreement, which prevails over anything on this website.

4. No guarantee of results

References to revenue targets or uplift ranges on this website are illustrative and describe objectives measured against a partner's verified baseline. They are not a guarantee of any particular result.

5. Intellectual property

The AdNest name, the Medianest mark, and all content, design and code of the Service belong to Medianest or its licensors. You may not copy, reproduce or reuse them without written permission.

6. Third-party services

The Service loads fonts and libraries from third-party content delivery networks and stores portal data with a cloud database provider. Their availability is outside our control.

7. Liability

The website is provided "as is". To the fullest extent permitted by law, Medianest excludes liability for any indirect or consequential loss arising from use of the website. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law. Liability between Medianest and a contracted partner is governed by that partner's agreement.

8. Changes

We may update these terms from time to time. The date at the top shows the current version. Continued use of the Service after a change means you accept the updated terms.

9. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales have exclusive jurisdiction, without prejudice to any mandatory rights you have under local law.
