1. What we collect

Contact form

Name, email address, phone number (optional), website URL (optional), your role, and your message. We use this to respond to your enquiry and, if you become a partner, to set up your account. Legal basis: our legitimate interest in responding to enquiries, and steps taken at your request before entering a contract.

Portal accounts

For partners: a user ID, password, organisation name and contact details, plus reporting data about your inventory (impressions, fill rate, viewability, eCPM, earnings, statements and payment status). Legal basis: performance of our contract with you.

Technical data

Our web host records standard server logs (IP address, browser type, pages requested, timestamps) for security and troubleshooting. Legal basis: legitimate interest in keeping the Service secure.

2. What we do not do

We do not sell personal data, use advertising trackers on this website, or profile visitors. See our Cookies Policy.

3. Where data is stored

Enquiry and portal data is stored in a cloud database service (Supabase) and served through our web host. Some processing may take place outside the UK; where it does, we rely on the provider's standard contractual safeguards.

4. How long we keep it

Enquiries: up to 24 months after our last contact. Partner account and reporting data: for the life of the agreement and up to six years afterwards for accounting and legal purposes. Server logs: typically 30–90 days.

5. Sharing

We share data only with service providers who process it on our instructions (hosting, database, email), with professional advisers where necessary, and where required by law. Publisher reporting data is never shown to other publishers.

6. Your rights

Under UK GDPR you can ask to access, correct, delete or restrict the use of your personal data, object to processing, or request portability. Email business@adnest.io. You can also complain to the UK Information Commissioner's Office (ico.org.uk).

7. Security

Portal access is credential-protected and data is transmitted over HTTPS. Partners should choose strong passwords and can change them at any time through their account manager.

8. Changes

We may update this policy; the date above shows the current version.
